A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND
NECESSITY DEMAND THE ACQUISITION OF
PROPERTY AND PROPERTY RIGHTS AND MAKING
FINDINGS RELATING THERETO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redlands as follows :
SECTION 1 . That the public interest and necessity
demand the acquisition of property and property rights , to
wit: Acquisition of park , recreation and open space land.
SECTION 2. That the estimated cost of said
municipal acquisitions is $7,620 , 000 .
SECTION 3. That said municipal acquisitions
require an expenditure greater than the amount allowed for
them by the annual tax levy and are necessary and convenient
to carry out the objectives, purposes and powers of the
City.
SECTION 4 . This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
1987 . APPOVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June

Redlands , California, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution No. 4263 was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Redlands , California, at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of June ,
1987 , by the following vote of the City Council :
AYES: Councilmembers Larsen, DeMirjyn, Johnson,
Wormser; Mayor Beswick
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
and that said resolution has not been amended, superseded or
repealed, and is in full force and effect.
