RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AWARDING THE SALE OF ITS GENERAL
OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 1988A
WHEREAS, the City of Redlands ( the "City" ) by
Resolution No. 4340 authorized the issuance of $7, 620, 000
principal amount of its City of Redlands General Obligation
Bonds, Series 1988A ( the "Bonds" ) to finance the acquisition
of certain park and recreation lands and open space lands;
and
WHEREAS, the City authorized the sale of the Bonds
by Resolution No. 4335 including the publication of a notice
inviting bids on the Bonds, which bids were to be received
and considered by the City on February 2, 1988 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Award of Bonds, Interest Rates. In
accordance with the provisions of Resolution No. 4335 the
City has caused all bids for the Bonds to be received opened
and presented to it in the manner set forth in Resolution
No. 4335 and based on an examination of said bads, hereby
accepts the bid of First Interstate Bank of California for
the purchase of $7 ,620,000 principal amount of the Bonds in
accordance with the terms and provisions of said bid and
awards the sale of the Bonds to said bidder . In accordance
with the terms of said bid the interest rates for the
various maturities of the Bonds shall be as set forth in
Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 2 . Effective Date. This Resolution shall
take effect upon adoption.
APPROVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of
February, 1988 .

Resolution No. 4341 was regularly introduced and adopted by
the City of Redlands, California, at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 2nd day of February, 1988 , by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Wormser, DeMirjyn, Johnson,
Cunningham; Mayor Beswick

ABSTAINED: None
