A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING JULY 30, 1982 , AS THE COMPLETION DATE FOR
THE 1982 FIRST SEMI-ANNUAL ALLOCATION OF BUILDING PERMITS
FOR QUALIFYING RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ORDINANCE NO. 1680 , AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1680, Section V, provides for imple-
mentation of the procedures required under the ordinance to be
adopted by resolution; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance PTo. 1680 specifies that for the year 1982,
the application deadline for the first semi-annual building permit
allocations is January 14, 1982; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands wishes to
amend the current point rating system as contained in Ordinance
No. 1742, prior to consideration of any 1982 allocations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands establishes May 15, 1982 , as the closing date
for submission of applications for the 1982 first semi-annual
allocation of building permits and further establishes July 30 ,
1982 , as the final date for the 1982 first semi-annual allocation
of said building permits.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of January, 1982 .
