A RESOLUTION OF TI3E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLAND
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1680 CONCERNING THE FINAL FI S
AND THE COMPLETION DATE FOR THE FIRST SEMI-ANNUAL ALLOCATIONOFBUILDING PERMITS FOR QUALIFYING RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS FOR 1980
WHEREAS, Ordinance No . 1680, Section V, provides for
amendments to the procedures required under the ordinance to
be adopted by resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Redlands Unified School District 's impaction
and the city 's adopted moratorium on residential construction
prevents the normal submission of residential applications to
the city on the scheduled date of January 15, 1980; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 1680 specifies that for the year 1980 ,
the first semi-annual allocation of building permits for
quali-
fying residential projects by the City Council shall be completed
by April 15, 1980 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Redlands establishes April 15, 1980, as the application
filing deadline and July 15, 1980 , as the final date for allocation
