RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
SETTING INTERIM NUMBER OF BUILDING PERMITS AVAILABLE
MONTHLY TO QUALIFIED NONVESTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
PURSUANT TO REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 19.24.030
WHEREAS, Redlands Municipal Code Chapter 19.24 establishes
guidelines for the processing of development projects with nonvested
rights under Leasure "N" ; and
WHEREAS, Section 19 .24.030 of the chapter requires this
Council on an interim basis to set a limit on the number of building
permits per month to be made available to development project which
have fully qualified for same under all aspects of state and local
law including Redlands ' point system, but which do not have vested
rights under Measure "N" ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands that for the month of October; 30 (thirty) building
permits shall be made available to non-vested single family homes on
existing lots of record and mobilehomes in mobilehome parks and 20
(twenty) building permits shall be made available to other non-vested
projects (tracts and apartments) pursuant to Redlands Municipal Code
Section 19.24.030 . Furthermore, for the month of November; 20
(twenty) building permits shall be made available to non-vested
single family homes on existing lots of record and mobilehomes in
mobilehome parks and 15 (fifteen) building permits shall be made
available to other non-vested projects (tracts and apartments)
pursuant to Redlands Municipal Code Section 19 .24.030 . This number is
subject to change at any time by this Council for any or all of the
reasons set forth in Section 19 .24.030.
