A RESOLU'T'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
TO ES'T'ABLISH NOVEMBER 6, 1979, AS COMPLETION BATE FOR.
ALLOCATION OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR QUALIFYING RESIDENTIAL
PROJEC'T'S IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 1680
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1680, Section V, provides for
- s . the procedures required under the ordinance to be adopted y
by resolution; and
WHEREAS, vacation plans prevent attendance of a fall Council
for procedural implementation and for Council evaluation; and.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3591 established September 15, 1979,
as the final date for allocation of building permits for the year
1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands establishes November 6, 1979, as the final date
for allocation of building permits for the year 1979.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 14th day of September, 1979 .
