A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
TO ESTABLISH SEPTEMBER 30, 1980 , AS COMPLETION DATE FOR
THE 1980 ALLOCATION OF BUILDING PEM'1ITS FOR QUALIFYING
RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 1.680
implementation
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1680, Section V, provides for —amend-
;ReR*-s to the procedures required under the ordinance to be adopted
by resolution, and
WHEREAS, circumstances relating to the requests made by the
Redlands Unified School District Board of Education require addi-
tional time for procedural implementation and for Council evaluation,
and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 3641 which amended procedures under
Ordinance No. 1680 , specifies that for the year 1980 the first semi-
annual allocation of building permits for qualifying residential
projects by the City Council shall be completed by July 15 , 1980 ,
and
WHEREAS , Ordinance No. 1680 prescribes that the second semi-
annual allocation for each year will be issued on August 15 of each
construction year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands establishes September 30 , 1980, as the final date
for allocation of all building permits for the year 1980 .
