A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING OCTOBER 1 , 1981, AND DECEMBER 31, 1981, AS
COMPLETION DATES FOR ALLOCA'T'ION OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR
QUALIFYING RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ORDINANCE NO. 1680, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1680, Section V, provides for imple-
mentation of the procedures required under the ordinance to be
adopted by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the inability of the City to comply with the speci-
fied dates due to the lawsuit action of C-Y Development Company
and Harvest Investment Company requires additional time for pro-
cedural implementation and for Council evaluation; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1680 specifies that for the year 1981 ,
the allocation of building permits for qualifying residential
projects by the City Council shall be completed by April 15 and
August 15, 1981 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands establishes October 1, 1981, and December 31 ,
1981, as the final dates for allocation of building permits for
the year 1981 .
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of August, 1981.
