A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
TO ESTABLISH SEPTEMBER 15, 1979, AS COMPLETION DATE FOR
ALLOCATION OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR QUALIFYING RESIDENTIAL
PROJECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDINANCE NO. 1680
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1680, Section V, provides for amend-
men---s to the procedures required ender the ordinance to be adopted
by resolution; and
WHEREAS, cicumstances relating to requests made by the
Redlands Unified School District Board of Education require addi-
tional time for procedural implementation and for Council evaluation;
and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. .1680 specifies that for the year 1979,
the allocation of building permits for qualifying residential
projects by the City Council shall be completed by July 15, 1979,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redlands establishes September 15, 1979, as the final date
for allocation of building permits for the year 1979,
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 19th day of June, 1979 .
