RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
SETTING INTERIM NUMBER OF BUILDING PERMITS AVAILABLE
MONTHLY TO QUALIFIED NONVESTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT'S
PURSUANT TO REDLANDS MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 19.24.030
WHEREAS, Redlands Municipal Code Chapter 19.24 establishes
guide lines for the processing of development projects with vested
rights under Measure "N" ; and
WHEREAS, Section 19. 24 .030 of that chapter requires this
Council on an interim basis to set a limit on the number of
building permits per month to be made available to development
projects which have fully qualified for same under all aspects of
state and local law including Redlands' point system, but which coo
not have vested rights under Measure "N" ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redlands that an average of four (4) building permits per
calendar month shall be available to such qualified but non-vested
projects pursuant to Redlands Municipal Code Section 19 .24.030
during calendar year 1988. This number is subject to change at any
time by this Council for any or all of the reasons set forth is
Section 19.24.030 .
