A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
ESTABLISHING GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF CAJON STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DOES ORDAIN AS FOL-
LOWS:
SECTION ONE. The following guidelines shall be used in all
future development along Cajon Street:
(a) Cajon Street is hereby designated as a Scenic Drive.
(b) Cajon Street is hereby retained as a secondary highway
on the city' s select street system.
(c) Palm trees will be retained in their present locations
along Cajon Street.
(d) The present curb-to-curb and right-of-way dimensions,
which are 50 ' and 80 ' respectively, shall be retained.
(e) As an alternative to widening Cajon Street, remove park-
ing when additional traffic capacity is required.
M Dedication of 88 ' right-of-way, which is standard right-
of-way for a secondary highway within the city, shall be required.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of June, 1975.
