The City Council of the City of Redlands, California, dads hereby
resolve as follows:
That the application of California Electric Power Company, an
electrical public utility corporation, under date of Ap ll ��, 1950,
for the license and privilege to construct, maintain, operete and use a combined
88,E volt circuit and 33,000 volt circuit, three-phase,, wood pale supported
electric transmission line, with appurtenant telephone line, upon and by means
of one line of 70 foot and. 75 foot pales, spaced apprcax1matel.y 225 feet apart,
upon and along San Bernardino Avenue, in: the City of Redlands, and upon, over
and scrose certain lands and real property of the City of Redlands, situate in
San Bernardino CountT Califormiat as in said application and this resolution
wire p�a-.prti(nO a.rly se forth and described, be and the sate is hereby allowed

That pursuant to said aypli.cat:ion, and subject to the conditions
hereinafter stated, the licenee and privilege be and the same is hereby allowed i
and granted California Electric Power Company, its succe cors sant assigns, to
construct, maintain, operate and use the conbirai electric transmission line
mod appurtenant telephone line hereinbefore described, upon and along San.

Begi.nn.irg at and on the west boundary line of the City of
Redlands (center line of Tennessee Street) at a point 21.5
feet north of the center line of Ban Berna:rdizo Avenue and
running thence east parallel to and. 21.5 feet north of the
center line of San Bernardino Avenue to a point SO feet
Nest of the center line of Orange Street; thence southeast-
erly to s point 21 feet south of the center line of San
Bernardino Avenue and 210 feet east of the center line of
OrangeStreet; thence east parallel to and 21 feet, south of
the center line of San Bernardino Avenue to alae east boundary
line of the Cite of Redlands at Wabash Avenue,
as shown by solid blech 108 an the priest map or plat attached to and made a
part of said application.
That pursuant to said application, and subject to the conditions here-
inafter started, the license and privilege is hereby allowed and granted to
California Electric Power Company, its suzeessors and assigns, to eonstruzQ f
maintain, apers.te and use the combined electric transmission l.irk and appurte- �

as shown by map thereof commonly known as Kentone Stretch. Map, recorded in Beni:

Said combined electric trsmsmission line$ and appurtenant
phone line shall be constructed, maintained and operated upon, over and across
said described land and real property of the City of Redlands upon, over and
along the following desorthel center line:
Beginniqg on the west lint of said Lot I of Block 13
(said west line being comman. to the center line of
Crofton Avenue} at a point 21 feet south of the north
line of said Lot I said north line being common to
the center line of Saratoga (Ban Bernardive) Avenue)
and runnIng theme south 89* 121 east a distance of
5341.3 feet; thence south 69, 111 east a distance of
3029.7 feet to a point in saw Lot 2 of Block 26 of
Mentone, as shown on said Mentons Stretch Map, from
wbiah point the southwest corner of said Lot 2 of

That the license and privilege hereby allowed and granted is upon
the wndition that said combined electric transmission line and appuxtermnt
telephone line, and the constrnatiza, maintenenceo operation and use thereofq
shall be for the purposes and uses set forth in said application, and shall
in all reapacts comply with General Wer No. 95 of the Rublic Utilities
Commisston or the State of California, andtle law of California gone mg
the construgtion and wiirtenanve of ovarhpaa electric lines in this state.
That the license and privilege hereby allowed and granted is revo-
nable and may be terminated at any time by the City of Redlands, by and
through its City onvnciijon 60 days written notice from said City to and
