A RESOLU'T'ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AU'T'HORIZING THE DEPAR'T'MENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands
does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of
General Services of the State of California to purchase six (C)
1975 CHP Vehicles for and on behalf of the City of Redlands,
California, pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code, and that
Mr. Peter Jezerinac, Purchasing Agent, is hereby authorized and
directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and ether
documents in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City
of Redlands, California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of September, 1974.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy
of the resolution duly and regularly adopted by the City Council
of the City of Redlands, California, at a meeting thereof held on
