A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING TRAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
REDLANDS POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE
DEPARTMENT OF CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY PATROL
WHEREAS, the Department of California Highway Patrol requires written training
agreements from any agency participating in their training programs; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Redlands desires from time to
time to participate in certain training programs sponsored and administered by the
Department of California Highway Patrol,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Redlands City Council that the
Chief of Police or his designee is hereby authorized and directed to sign such training
agreements.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 7th day of May, 1996.
