SERVICES
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for the provision of
Professional Services ("Agreement") dated December 17, 2019 by and between the City of
Redlands, a municipal corporation ("City"), and Environment Planning Development Solutions,
Inc , dba EPD Solutions, Inc , a California corporation ("Consultant"), is made and entered into
this 7th day of June, 2022
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement
to extend the time for completion of the services to June 30, 2023,
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant agree as follows
AGREEMENT
Section 1 Section 4 1 of the Agreement, titled "Performance of Services" is hereby
amended to read as follows
"4.2 Consultant shall complete the Services by June 30, 2023, unless the Services are terminated
earlier as provided for herein "
Section 2 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this
Second Amendment and in effect
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of June 7, 2022
