By this letter, we wish to notify you that Thomas M O'Connell, Jennifer Misetech,
and Natalie Bryan are leaving Best Best & Krieger LLP effective June 24, 2022 They intend
to continue to practice law at the law firm Buchalter following their departure from Best Best &
Krieger
The three lawyers listed above have been handling the Falcomen and Martinez v City of
Redlands matter, case no. C1VSB2114106. We expect that Redlands will want BBK to contmue
to represent the City in the Falconien/Martmez matter, and attorneys with the requisite skills and
expenence will take over the matter if you concur Of course, the City always has the choice to
retain a different law firm to handle the matter We understand that as a result of the move to
Buchalter, Mr O'Connell, Ms Misetech, and Ms Bryan are unable to offer to continue to
represent the City
It is important that you confirm your decision regardmg continued representation as soon
as possible so that there will be no unnecessary delay in acting on your behalf in connection
with the Falconien/Martmez matter
