RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING OFFICERS OF THE
CITY OF REDLANDS TO ASSIGN CERTAIN SHARES
OF CAPITAL STOCK OF A CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the proposed disposition of certain shares
of capital stock in a corporation for a valuable consideration
requires a resolution of the City Council of the City of Red-
lands authorizing proper officers of said City to assign title
to such stock; ;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the City Council of the City of Redlands hereby
authorizes the Mayor of said. City, Waldo F. Burroughs, or the
City Treasurer, Marion Poyzer, to assign for valuable consider-
ation certain shares of capital stock of a corporation described
as follows:
15 Shares of stock of Union Oil
Company of California.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of October ,
1968 .
