A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS SETTING
AMOUNTS OF CASH REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVELOPERS AND CASH CREDITS FOR
WATER COMPANY STOCK TO MAINTAIN THE WATER SOURCE ACQUISITIION
FUND
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redlands as
follows:
1. The following schedule of amounts is hereby set to be
charged as cash requirements for developers to maintain
the Water Source Acquisition Fund per Article 592 of the
City Code.

2. This resolution replaces any fees previously set pursuant to
Article 592 of the City Code. Section I1, 5 . and 6. of
Resolution 3510 are specifically repealed.

SUBJECT: Recodification Project, Resolution No, 4161
As part of the recodification process, a resolution has
been written to restate certain fees to be consistent
with proposed code changes also on the agenda . No
changes in fees or new fees are proposed. A copy of the
resolution is included for information in the ordinance
agenda item to which it applies . The resolution is
included under this separate agenda item because of the
different adoption process for resolutions and ordi-
nances.
