ENVIRONMENTAL AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW SERVICES
This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for professional planning,
environmental and development review services ("Agreement"), dated March 29, 2022, by and
between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Michael
Baker International, Inc., ("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 5th day of July, 2022.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend Article 5.1 titled
"Payments to Consultant" of their existing Agreement to increase the payment to the consultant
from forty-nine thousand nine hundred dollars ($49,990) to a total aggregate amount not to exceed
one hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety dollars ($149,990);
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement, titled "Payments to Consultant," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"5.1 Total compensation for Consultant's performance of the Services shall not exceed the
amount of one hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred ninety dollars ($149,000). City
shall pay Consultant on a time and material basis in accordance with Exhibit "B," titled
"Compensation," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
Section 3. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be
deemed an original, but all of which, together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this First Amendment, to be effective
as of July 5, 2022.
