A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
APPOINTING SMALL CLAIMS COURT REPRESENTATIVES
WHEREAS, the Small Claims Division of San Bernardino County Superior Court requires the City
to designate a representative to act for the City and in the City's behalf in Small Claims Court;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Michael Reynolds, the City Treasurer; Charles Millett, the City's Business License
Inspector; Tina.Kundig, Finance Director; Kimberlee J. Braun, Risk Management Technician; James Grant,
Senior Code Enforcement Officer and James Conrod, Code Enforcement Officer are hereby designated and
authorized to represent and appear on behalf of the City of Redlands in the lawful process of any and all
small claims actions filed for, or against, the City of Redlands in Small Claims Court. Such persons are not
employed solely for the purpose of representing the City.
Section 2. Resolution No. 5387 of the City Council of the City of Redlands is hereby rescinded.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 21st day of September 2004.
