A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
REDLANDS SUPPORTING A POLICY OF COMMERCIAL AND
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENTS WITHIN THE CITY OF REDLANDS
WHEREAS, due to recent statewide legislation the City
of Redlands is and will continue to have a need for in--
creased revenues; and
WHEREAS, in order to continue a high level of quality
life for the citizens in this community; and
WHEREAS, in order to foster energy savings and job
opportunities for the present generation as well as future
generations; and
WHEREAS, in order to increase the revenue base vitally
important to encourage and support commercial and industrial
activities to the City of Redlands;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this City Council
goes on record supporting a policy of commercial and
industrial developments within the framework of state laws
and city ordinances.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of March, 1980 .
