The City of Redlands formally requests that the agreement to provide services associated with the provision
of aerial -imagery software and data between the City and Nearmap US, Inc that was entered into on August
3, 2021, be extended for an additional one-year term pursuant to Section 4.2 of the agreement from
08/15/22-08/14/23. The City and Nearmap US, Inc enter this extension pursuant to the same terms and
conditions previously agreed to.
