RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS DESIGNATING MANAGEMENT
AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS PURSUANT
TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 3507.5 OF THE MEYERS-MILLIAS-
BROWN ACT.
WHEREAS, Government Code 153507.5 allows an agency to
establish rules and regulations, and
WHEREAS, such public agency may adopt reasonable rules
and regulations providing for the designation of management
and confidential employees of the public agency and restricting
such employees from representing any employee organization
which represents other employees of the public agency on
matters within the scope of representation, and recognizing
employees to be members and to hold office in any employee
organization,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Redlands
herein establishes and designates the following classification,
attached as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein to this reso-
lution, as management and confidential employees pursuant to
the California Government Code.
