A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS ADOPTING RULES AND
REGULATIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A PERSONNEL SYSTEM FOR
THE CITY OF REDLANDS AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 3400.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redlands deems it necessary to
adopt rules and regulations through the administration of a personnel system in order
to facilitate efficient and economical services to the public and to provide for a fair
and equitable system of personnel management in the municipal government.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redlands does hereby adopt
the attached Personnel Rules and Regulations, effective August 3, 1993.
The Mayor shall sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest and certify
to the passage and adoption thereof.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of August, 1993.
