southerly 440.00 feet, along the easterly line of said Section 13; thence westerly
555.00 feet, parallel with the north line of said southeast one quarter of Section 13
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing westerly 1002.05 feet, parallel to
said north line to a point which is distant west 1557.05 feet from the east line of
said Section 13; thence southerly 40.00 feet parallel to said east line of Section 13;
thence easterly 1002.05 feet parallel to said north line to a point which is distant
west 555.00 feet from the said east line of Section 13; thence northerly 40.00 feet to
the true point of beginning.
In the event this parcel is established as a public street, the City agrees that the
former owners, Roy G. Haskins and Evelyn Elaine Baringer, will not be assessed any
charges for paving said street.
In the event this parcel is not established as a street, the City agrees to grant an
easement for purposes of access to adjoining properties to the former owners, Roy G.
Haskins and Evelyn Elaine Baringer, or their successors or assigns in interest.
