COMMENCING at the Northeast corner of said Southeast one -quarter of Section 13, thence
southerly 440.00 feet, along the East line of said Section 13, to the true point of
beginning; thence Westerly 555.00 feet parallel with the North line of said southeast
one -quarter of Section 13; thence southerly 40.00 feet, parallel with the East line of
said Section 13; thence easterly 555.00 feet, parallel with said North line to the
East line of said Section 13; thence northerly 40.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
In the event this parcel is established as a public street, the City agrees that the
former owners, Roy G. Haskins and Alexander Theos, will not be assessed any charges
for paving said street.
In the event this parcel is not established as a street, the City agrees to grant an
easement for purposes of access to adjoining properties to the former owners, Roy G.
Haskins and Alexander Theos, or their successors or assigns in interest.
