A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DLANDS
ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR
THE ELECTIVE OFFICE OF THE CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS,Government Code section 36517 provides that the compensation for the
elective office of the City Treasurer shall be fixed by ordinance or resolution;and
WHEREAS,by the adoption of this resolution,it is the desire of this City Council to
establish the compensation for the elective office of the City Treasurer effective for the City
Treasurer elected by the voters for November 6,2012 regular City municipal election;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redlands
as follows:
Section 1. The compensation for the elective office of the City Treasurer effective
for the City Treasurer elected by the voters for the November 6,2012 regular City municipal
election is Five Hundred Dollars($500)per month.
ADOPTED.SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5TH Day of June, 2012.
