RESOLUTION No. 530
WHEREAS, Anna S. Lyon, has made and filed two claims against
the City of Redlands, one dated Septembcr 17, 10/37,
and filed with the City Clerk on September 20, 1937,
in the amount of $8, 153.229 and the other claim,
an amended claim, dated September 22, 1937, and
filed on that date with the City Clerk, in the
amount of x:5,253 .22, on account of injuries and
damages received by sa.id claimant to her and her
property, as the result of a certain accident
which occurred on June 24, 1937) in this City,
wherein a City Police 0fficer and a City owned
car were involved!
NORT, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that each claim and all parts
thereof be hereby denied and rejected and the City
of Redlands does hereby deny any and all liability
and negligence on the part of the City in connection
with this matter.
I do hereby certify that the
Foregoing is a true and correct copy
of Resolution No. 530, adopted by the
City Council on October 4, 1937, as
appears of record in my office.
