Goldie hc,;Is made and filed claims in the amount of $150-00 and $300.00 against the City of Redlands for alleged property damage as the result of a fire alleged to have originated at the City Dump on tjuly 30th or 31st, 1'737 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Redlwds deny each claim and all parts thereof and the same are now re..'ected. City of Redlands does hereby deny any and all liability and negligence on the part of the City in this matter. RESOLUTION NO. 131 WHEREAS, G. Ea Goldie has this day files with this City a clam in the sum of 0300.00 for purported damages ages to orange and other gees on his property as a result of a fire origin- ating at the City dump at Church Street and Santa Ana Wash on July 30 or 31, 1937 NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED, That the City of Redlands does deny said claim or any part thereof, and toes further deny any and all liability and/or negligence on the part of the City, or a of its employees whatsoever in this utter. ..
