(Closing of Certain Walks and Driveways in Hillside Csmetry)
Resolved by the City Council of the City of Pedl,--inds th :t it
is the intention of said City Council to order the closing of the
following described walks and driveways situated within the
Hillside Cemetery in said City, to-wit:
(1) A LO foot wide drive designated "En Drive, located in
BlAck J; all 6 foot wide walks in Blocks A, BO Cp Do FO G2 I* JO
and K; a 10 foot wide walk along the west edge of Block M and a
portion of N Drive,, all as shown on "Revised Map of Hillside
Cemetery" recorded in Book 20 of Mops,, peages 35 and 5G., aforesaid
portion of N Drive being described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the East line of N drive South 740
39f West 10 feet from the Northwesterly corner of Lot 1.405 of
aforesaid Block 4, thence South 740.3591 6,est 1L' feet.* thence IF.
feet westerly from and parallelwith the Easterly line of N Drive
South 14 0 21t kE',v.st 249,60 feet,, thence on a curve to the left with
a dadius of 34 feet a distance of 41,60 rest, thence on a curve
to the right with a radius of 68 feet a distLnce of 64 feet to a
point westerly 12 feet from the er-,stqerly line of N drive., thence
12 feet westerly from and parallel with sttid 15asterly line of N
Drive South 14021f East 156 feet, thence on a curve to the right
with a radius of 50 feet a distance of 27 feet to the Southwesterly
corner ofLot 611, thence Northerly along the �Vastexrly line of Lots
'611 _Ilnd 6656 to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 646 as shown on

westerly corner of Lot 1188, thence Sasterly to the point of
beginning, as shown doe Map of Hillside Cemetery, recorded in Book
1A Page 1.
(3) All portions of driveways situated, within the following
described enclosed area,
Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 10410 thence
Westerly to the Southeasterly corner of LotI118, thence South-
easterly to the Southeasterly corner of Lot ]117, thence Northeasterly
to the Southeasterly corner of Lot 1041j, thence Northerly to the
point of beginning, as shown on Map of Hillside Cemetery, recorded
in Book 1 PAge 1.
(4) All 6 foot wide walks located in Block H as shown on
ff.Vap No. 4 of Hillside Cemetery" recorded in Book 21 of Maps,
Page 66*
(5) All 6 foot wide walks located in Block L as shown on
ftVap No. 5 of Hillside Cemetery" Tract No. 2437,, recorded in Book
34 of Maps, Pt zee 77,

paper in which the Street Superintendent of said city shall cause to
be published in the manner and form and for the time required by law.,

to cause notice of the passage of this Resolution to be posted in
the manner and form and for the time required by low, and to cause a
