SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY, a corporation, suc-
cessor in interest of Southern Sierras Power Company, a corporation,
does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the OWNER OR OWNERS
OF 'RECORD of the real property affected thereby all rights acquired
under and by virtue of that certain Right of Way dated November 23,
1922 from John Stewart to Southern Sierras Power Company, a corpora-
tion, and recorded December 30, 1922 in Book 779, page 83 of Deeds
in the office of the County Recorder of San Bernardino County,
State of California.
The rights hereby quitclaimed are not necessary or use-
ful in the performance of the duties of said Southern California
Edison Company to the public.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Southern California Edison
Company has caused its corporate name and seal to,be affixed
hereto and this instrument to be executed this �`
