RESOLUTIGN OF TME CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' REDI-ANDS ADOPTIING AND
SUBMITTING AINICAL REPORT FOR THE COLLIF-R-UNRUH LOCAL TRA114SPO RTA-LION

WHERE-AS the Callier-Unruh Local Transportation I-Development Act
provides that
"Within 60 days following t-he close of each fiscal year
each county, city, or city and county shall file with the
Department a ze-port in a farm prescribed by the Department
and- certified by the local govern.-Ing body sho,Fring -- ts
exvenditures of funds: during the preceding fiscal year
pursuanIt- to Sections 186.1 through 186.7.1t; and
WHER8AS the attached report, compiled in the form prescribed by
the Depart=-_nt from records maintained by this C-- ty and showing
expenditures during the 1963-64 fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1
through _186.7 of the Streets and Highways Code , has begin examined by
this Council , and is determined to be -factual ; now
THEREFOR2 BE IT RESUL that the, City Council of the "_'ity of
Redlands hereby certifies the attached report to be a true record of
expenditures by the City during the 196.3-64 fiscal year in conformance
with the requirements of the Collier-Unruh Local Transportation
Development Act: and
BE IT FURTMR RESOLVED that the City is hereby instructed to
transmit six copies of the report and three certified copies of this
resolution to the State of -California, Department of Public Works;
Divis-pi-on of Fligh-viays , in care of the Engineer- in charge of its local
District office.
ADOPTED AND SUBMITTED this 25th day of August. 1964.
