said County, described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the East line of Fifth Street, in the City of Redlands, 50 feet South and
399.25 feet East of the Northwest corner of the SZ of the SZ of said Lot 29; thence East 60 feet;
thence South 50 feet; thence West 60 feet to the East line of Fifth Street; thence North 50 feet
to the point of beginning.
SAVING and excepting therefrom the North 42 feet thereof taken for the widening of Central Avenue.
Parcel 2: Lots 8 and 9 in Block 11, of the TOWN PLAT OF REDLANDS, in the City of Redlands, as per
plat thereof recorded in Book 5 of Maps, Page 10, in the office of the Recorder of said County.
