STIPULATION FOR JUDGMENT
AND JUDGMENT
IT IS STIPULATED by and between the Plaintiff CITY OF REDLANDS, a
municipal corporation, and the Defendant BEAR VALLEY MUTUAL WATER
COMPANY, that judgment may be entered in the above -entitled proceeding. as
follows:
1. That the total sum of $3, S00.00 has been paid for the benefit of
BEAR VALLEY MUTUAL WATER COMPANY, to said Company as owner of
the property and property rights described on E hibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein as though set forth in full. That sad property and
property rights sell be condemned in fee simple absolute to the Plaintiff
for reservoir purposes, and for construction upon said real property
of a water reservoir of the City of Redlands.
2. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the use for which the property is
sought to be condemned is authorized by law and is a public use and the taking
in condemnation by_Plaintiff is necessary for that public use.
3. IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that the sum of money specified above
as paid to Defendant is in full payment for the property so taken as sot forth

order; that the Defendant, having been paid the total sum of $3, 800. CO ris full
payrnent for the property oratten, hereby abandons all defenses to the above -
entitled action,.and stipulates 4.?..7.-ek, agrees with Plaintiff that said def:hosit of.
