records of said. County, said point of beginning being distant along said control

51" East, 478.88 feet; thence Easterly 2123.34 feet along a tangent curve, con-
cave Northerly, having a radius of 5500 feet and a central angle of 22° 07' 11";
thence North 89° 47' 58" East, 104.66 feet to the point of termination in the
centerline of Wabash Avenue (60 feet wide) as said centerline is shown on plat
of Tract 3042, recorded in Book 41 of Maps, pages 72 and 73, records of siad
County, said point of termination being distant along said centerline, North
0° 12' 02" West, 745.85 feet from the intersection of the centerline of Wabash
Avenue with the centerline of Citrus Avenue as shown on said plat of Tract 3042.
