The City of Redlands, as consideration for this deed, covenants, warrants and agrees by accepting this deed, that it will provide in perpetuity the San Bernardino Community College District and its successors with a sufficient and healthful supply of pressurized water for its Crafton Hills College at rates which are the same as that established by the City of Redlands for similar water users. -" EXECUTED this 2nd day of March, 1973.
