This conveyance is made on condition that the premises herein described be used in connection with the property known as fl0aroline Park"" given to the said City of Redlands under and by the will of Olivia E. P. N. Phelps Stokes and Anson Phelps Stokes, executors of the last will and testament of Olivia Egleston Phelps Stokes, deceased, and rialsey W. Also Lot 24, Country Club ark No. 3, as per map recorded in Book 30, page 62, Records of San Bernardino County, State of California. Also Block 15, said Johnson's Subdivis on, improved with garage, containing 2.26 acres, more or less. Also that portion of Block 36, Johnson's Subdivision, as per map recorded in Book 15 of Maps, pages 9 and 10, records of San Bernardino County, lying south of Sunset Drive, a 50 foot road conveyed to the City of Redllnds by D. Ford addressed the Board recommending that the bequest be accepted by the City. Councilman Ford and Mayor Wheaton expressed themselves as favorable to such action considering the program for proposed improvement and beautification by property owners in the district and upon motion by Councilman Krumm seconded by Councilman Fowler, the following resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of the four members present: Resolved; by the City Council of the City of Redlands, County of 'San Bernardino, State of California, a municipal corporation of the said State of California; that the devises of land for a public park made to the City of Redlands under Article Nineteenth of the will of Olivia Egleston Phelps Stokes and under Article Seventh of the codicil thereto dated October 12, 1927, be and is hereby accepted, subject to all the terms and conditions as set forth in the will of said deceased, an exemplified copy of which is on file in the office of the County Clerk of the County of San Bernardino in probate proceedings designated on the files of said court as No. 8593. • Portion of minutes of February 6th, 1929. I hereby certify that a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of Barnard College, a corporation of the City and County of Neu York, State of New York, as held in said City of New York on the fifth day of December, 1929, at the hour of one o'clock P.M.; that said meeting was duly called in accordance vtith the provisions of the by -laves of said Barnard College; that each of the trustees of said Barnard College had due and legal notice of the time and place of said meeting in compliance with the provisions of the by -lams of said corporation and that. a quorum of said board of trustees was. present and voted at said meeting. P.
