RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING
LEASE AGREEMENT.
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1. The Agency hereby approves that
certain Lease Agreement dated as of May 1, 1974, by and
between the Agency and the City of Redlands, on file in
the office of the Secretary of the Agency, provided that
following the award by the Agency of its Parking Lease
Revenue Bonds, Series A, the Secretary shall insert the
rate of annual Base Rental to be paid by the City to the
Agency in Section 4 (b) of said Lease Agreement; and
provided further that the rate of said annual Base
Rental shall not exceed $230,000.
Section 2. Subject to the provisions of Section
1 hereof, the Chairman is authorized and directed to
execute said Lease Agreement and the Secretary is
authorized and directed to attest thereto and to cause
said Lease Agreement, following execution by the City of
Redlands, to be recorded with the County Recorder of
San Bernardino County.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of
June, 1974.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands at a
regular meeting of said Agency held on the 4th day of June,
1974, and that it was so adopted as follows :
