This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the memorandum of understanding
for youth employment support of the City's Community Center/Senior Center programs
("MOU"), dated December 21 st, 2021, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Colton -Redlands -Yucaipa ROP ("ROP"), is
made and entered into this 6th day of September, 2022.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and ROP to amend Section 3 of their existing
MOU to increase ROP's present total compensation of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to the
amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000);
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged City and ROP agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 2. Section 3 of the MOU, titled "Compensation," is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"The total compensation to be paid by the City for the ROP's performance of the
Services shall not exceed the amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000). The ROP shall
submit monthly invoices to the City describing the Services performed during the
preceding month. The ROP invoices shall include a brief description of the Services
performed, the dates the Services were performed, and the number of hours spent and by
whom. The City shall pay the ROP no later than thirty (30) days after receipt and
approval by the City of the ROP's monthly invoices."
Section 3. All other provisions of the MOU shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be effective as
of September 6th, 2022.
