RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMETIT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF RIEDLANDS APPROVING THE
OFFICIAL STATE ENT
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows :
Section 1. This Agency hereby approves the
Official Statement prepared on its behalf by Stone &
Youngberg Municipal Financing Consultants, Inc. , in sub-
stantially the form presented on this date, and authorizes
its distribution to the prospective purchasers of the
Parking Lease Revenue Bonds , Series A, of said Agency.
The documents referred to herein are on file in the
offices of the Secretary.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 16th day
of April , 1974.
