RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
FIXING AMOUNT OF BASE RENTAL
PAYABLE BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS
UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT DATED
AS OF MAY 1, 1974 .
WHEREAS, this Agency has heretofore approved
that certain Lease Agreement dated as of May 1, 1974,
on file in the office of the Secretary of the Agency,
provided that following the award by the Agency of
its Parking Lease Revenue Bonds, Series A, the Secretary
shall insert the amount of annual Base Rental to be
paid by the City of Redlands to the Agency in Section
4 (b) of said Lease Agreement; and provided further that
the amount of said annual Base Rental shall not exceed
$230, 800; and
WHEREAS, this Agency has adopted its resolution
awarding said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The annual Base Rental to be paid
by the City of Redlands to this Agency under said Lease
Agreement is hereby fixed at $ 226, 300.00 per annum,
payable semiannually.
Section 2. The Secretary is hereby directed
to insert the figure shown in Section 1 hereof in
Section 4 (b) of said Lease Agreement prior to its execution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 30th day of April,
1974 .
