RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AWARDING $2, 440, 000 BONDS OF SAID
AGENCY TO THE BEST BIDDER AND
REJECTING ALL OTHER BIDS.
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for the
opening of bids for the $2, 440, 000 bonds of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redlands designated
"Parking Lease Revenue Bonds, Series A, " and numbered
Al to A488, inclusive, all bids were publicly opened,
examined and read, and a tabulation thereof has been
entered in the minutes; and
WHEREAS, the bid of the bidder hereinafter
named is the best bid made by a responsible bidder for
said bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Redlands DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. The following bid of Bank of America N.T.
& S .A. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Inc. and
Associates,
specifying the purchase price for said bonds plus accrued
interest to the date of delivery and the interest rates
per annum, is the bid for said bonds yielding the lowest
net interest cost:

Said bid is hereby accepted and the bonds
awarded to said best bidder in accordance with the terms
of the proposal.
Section 2. All bids other than the one accepted
in Section 1 hereof are rejected, and the Secretary of
the Agency is directed to return the check accompanying
each rejected bid to the unsuccessful bidder.
Section 3. The interest rates on said bonds are
hereby fixed at the rates stated in Section 1 hereof.
Section 4. The Treasurer of the Agency is
hereby directed to deliver said bonds to the successful
bidder upon payment therefor including accrued interest
to the date of delivery.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 30th day of April,
1974.
