This first amendment ("First Amendment") to the agreement for professional
environmental consulting services for the ("Agreement"), on the City Center project dated January
6, 2022, by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation and a general law city
("City"), and Environment Planning Development Solutions, Inc.("Consultant"), is made and
entered into this 23rd day of August, 2022.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to extend the time for completion of the services to June 30, 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 4.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Services," is hereby
amended to read as follows:
4.1 Consultant shall perform and complete the Services on the Effective Date of this
Agreement and complete the Services by June 30, 2023, unless the Services are terminated earlier
as provided for herein."
Section 2. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this First
Amendment and in effect.
Section 3. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be
deemed an original, but all of which, together, shall constitute one and the same instrument.
