Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Redlands held in the Council Chambers, Civic Center,
35 Cajon Street, on September 21, 2022 at 5:00 P.M.
Present: Paul Barich, Mayor

Mayor Barich called the special meeting to order. The meeting was held via teleconferencing with
Council Member Guzman -Lowery attending via phone at 5:04 P.M. and then attending in -person at
5:30 P.M. The Mayor explained that comments could be presented in -person, via Zoom, via cell
phone or landline. He offered the public an opportunity to address them on any subject within the
jurisdiction of the City Council which was not already scheduled on the agenda.

City Attorney Abich Garcia announced that no reportable action was taken during the closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further action required, the meeting adjourned at 6:57 P.M. The next regular
meeting of the City of Redlands City Council will be held on October 4, 2022.
