SERVICES
This second amendment ("Second Amendment") to the agreement for non-professional
services for the replacement of City -owned streetlights with energy -efficient light -emitting diode
lights dated September 7, 2021 ("Agreement"), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal
corporation and a general law city ("City"), and Tanko Streetlighting, Inc., a California corporation
("Consultant"), is made and entered into this 18s` day of October, 2022.
RECITALS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City and Consultant to amend their existing Agreement,
specifically to expand the scope of work to include supplying and installing pole tags on each
streetlight; and
NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration in the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledge City and Consultant agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
Section 1. Section 5.1 of the Agreement, entitled "Performance of Non -Professional
Services For Improvement To Public Buildings And Grounds," is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"5.1 Total compensation for Contractor's performance of the Services shall be in the amount of
one million three hundred sixty-five thousand six hundred seventy one dollars and forty nine cents
($1,365,671.49)."
Section 2. Exhibit A is revised to add the following:
"4.2 c. Pole Tag Installation
• Contractor shall supply and permanently affix metal pole tags with unique identifiers and
bar codes to the 4,479 streetlight poles that will upgraded with a LED fixture.
• Contractor shall supply and permanently affix metal pole tags with unique identifiers and
bar codes to the remaining 1,297 streetlight poles in the City's streetlight network that have
previously been upgraded with LED fixtures."
Section 3. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged by this Second
Amendment and in effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Second Amendment, to be
effective as of October 18, 2022.
