Suction 1. That this City Council approves the develo,)int, cc.o-
struation, and ouneyrship of a low-rent housing prof eat or projects

of the County of San Bernardino in accordance with Section 8(b) of the
Housing Authorities Law (Chapter 4, Statutas of 1938, Zxtra Session,
Approved March 21, 1938, as amended) .
