A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Redlands, California, has placed a high priority
on quality customer service for all the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, such an effort must be include all Departments and City personnel; and
WHEREAS, employees of the City of Redlands are committed to providing excellent
customer service through professionalism, integrity and efficient use of resources;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redlands
approves and adopts the City of Redlands Customer Service Program.
PASSED,APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Redlands City Council
held on this 1 st day of October, 1996.
