A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS APPROVING THE APPLICATION
FOR STATE LICENSING OF DAYCARE FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS OPERATED
BY THE CITY OF REDLANDS RECREATION DIVISION
WHEREAS, the City Council has recognized that quality,
affordable child care services are important to the working
families of the Redlands Community; and
WHEREAS, the City Council realizes that its before and
after school daycamp programs fall under the auspices of state
regulations regarding child care programs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council, of
the City of Redlands does hereby:
1. Approves the filing of an application for State
licensing.
2. Appoints the Recreation Superintendent as agent of
the City of Redlands to conduct all negotiations,
execute and submit all documents including but not
limited to applications, agreements, amendments,
payment requests, and so on, which may be necessary
for the completion of the afore mentioned project.
ADOPTED, SIGNED, AND APPROVED this 6th day of November,
1990.
