RESOLUTION OF' 73E n1mly COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF R=L=3
APPROVING REPORT AND FIXING TIME
AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON.
(VEHICLE PARKING DISTRICT NO,
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 800 , in the proceeding
for the formation of Vehicle Parking District No. I , this
City Council ordered a report prepared by the City Engineer
under and pursuant to the provisions of the Special Assess-
ment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of
1931 ; and
W14SREAS, the City Engineer has prepared said report
and presented the same to this City Council and this City
Council has examined said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
ftedlanda . California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,
DETERMINE AND ORDER as fol.lows ?
Section 1. That said report be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Clerk Is hereby directed to
endorse the fact and date of such approval on said report
and to file said report In the office of said Clerk,
Section 2. That June 13P 1956 at the
hour of 2:00 o 'clock ?,,M. , In the public Council Chambers of
this City Council in the City Hail in said city, are hereby
fixed as the time and place of hearing on said report, and
5uch hearing shall be held by thi5 City Council .
Section 3 . The City Clerk of said city is hereby
directed to give notice of said time and place of hearing
by mailing a copy of the notice thereof in accordance with
the provisions of Sections 2850 to 2855, inclusive, of the
Streets and Highways Code.
