A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS
AUTHORIZING THE WAIVER OF ENCROACHMENT PERMIT FEES FOR
CERTAIN RESTORATION IMPROVEMENTS UNDERTAKEN
TO CUT-STONE CURBS BY THE REDLANDS CONSERVANCY AND FOR
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS FOR EXISTING RESIDENTIAL AND NON-PROFIT
CORPORATION-OWNED PROPERTIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDLANDS AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby authorizes City staff to
waive the payment of encroachment permit fees in connection with any restoration improvement
work proposed to be undertaken by the Redlands Conservancy to repair, replace or reconstruct
cut-stone curbs for existing residential development and existing development owned by non-
profit corporations within the City.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Redlands hereby authorizes City staff to
waive the payment of encroachment permit fees in connection with any restoration improvement
work proposed to be undertaken to repair, replace or construct sidewalks for existing residential
development and existing development owned by non-profit corporations within the City.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of August, 2009.
